Brahmaputra Cracker & Polymer Limited’s Job at Lepetkata, Assam since Dec-2010 to Jan-2014.

The project consists of Gas sweetening Unit 7.35 MMSCMD,C+ Separation Unit 6.0 MMSCMD, Ethylene Cracker Unit 220,000 TPA,LLDP/HDPE swing Unit 220,000 TPA & Polypropylene Unit 60,000 TPA including all utilities & connecting pipe lines 144 KM. Project cost Rs.8920 crores.

Performed as In charge of Rs.600 crore job consisting of 24 nos. of contract having the following major works(Almost 20% of the total contract value of the project)

Indian Strategic Petroleum Reserved Limited at Mangalore since Nov-2009 to Dec-2010

The Project consists of underground Storage facility of 1.5 Million Metric Tonnes of imported Crude Oil in Underground Unlined rock caverns.

While the crude storage caverns are built underground by excavating hard rock(through conventional drilling & blasting) its associated facilities eg. Heat exchangers, metering skids,boiler,flare,fire water storage and pumping station, control and personnel buildings,effluent treatment plant, outdoor electrical switch yard, compressed air system,stanby power generation,mainantence workshop.

Indian Oil Corporation Limited’s Refinery at Panipat since Oct-2008 to Nov-2009

Performed as construction Co-ordinator for Civil & Structural work of EPCC-4 i.e Captive Power Plant of Capacity 238.50 MW consisting 5-Gas Turbine Generator of 25 MW each + 3 nos. Steam Turbine Generator of 37.50 MW each including 2 –Utility Boilers 408 Tonnes/Hour each( Total cost Rs.1200 crores)

Huge Civil & Structural work includes Control room, Substation,GTG & STG,Deaerator & DG Building,Utility boiler structure,Pipe racks consisting 50,000 m3 RCC & 9000 MT structural steel including road,drainage,pavement & complete Underground piping.

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd.’s Refinery, Mahul Mumbai since May-2007 to Octo-2008

Green Fuel Emission Project (GFEC): Construction coordinator for the total project of Cost: Rs. 350 Crores.

Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Ltd., Under Govt. of Gujarat January-2005 to May-2007

Third Party Inspection Services for Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Ltd’s Project at North Gujarat: 100 Km Concrete Lined Canal Constructions including Canal - Syphon, Head Regulator / Cross Regulators, State Highway Bridges, Village road bridges and Structures.

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd’s Refinery: Mahul, Mumbai May-2002 to Jan-2005

As Area Co-Ordinator for Sulphur Block & Associate Facilities Project (Cost. Rs. 170 Crores). Project consists of:

Construction Coordination and Supervision of Entire Civil and Structural works, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, inspection Works of Sulphur Block and Associated Facilities Project including Review of design, drawing and Documentation etc. Work Involved Pipe- Racks, Foundation of Columns, Vessels, Heat Exchangers Filters, KOD Structures, Vent Stacks, Sulphur pits, Pump Foundations, Tanks and RCC Structures: Technological Structure, Converter Structure, Waste Heat Boiler Structure and Supporting steel structure.

In addition to above Conducted Quality Audit, Surveillance and follow-up Audit of Development Project of Golden Quadrilateral Linking Project of M/s National Highway Authority of India Limited from time to time for the following road Section -Jawaharlal Nehru Port Package (29.93 Km- NH-4B)

Project Management Consultant Refinery Project of M/s Indian Oil Corp. Ltd.Nov-1998 to May-2002

Civil & Structural works of Hydrotreater & Amine Treating Unit including Control Room and Sub-Station Building under LSTK-1 including partial Review of design drawing.

Construction coordination & monitoring of total Civil & Structural works of Hydro treating Facilities viz. High Purity Nitrogen Generation Unit, Sulphur Recovery Unit and Off-site & Utilities under LSTK-2 & jobs of New Delayed Coker Unit(Substation Building, Total Painting, Fire - proofing and Insulation works)

LPG Recovery Project,Lakwa since Nov-1993 to May-2002

Liquefied Petrolium Gas Plant M/S Gas Authority Of India Ltd.

Major Civil works involved Earth work in filling almost 6,00,000 cum, Drive-in – cast in situ RCC Piles were 2800 nos, Gravel Drain Piles were 2500 nos and RCC works were 15,000 Cum including supervision of Blast Proof Control Room and Sub-station Buildings. Job supervised from Grass-root to Commissioning stage.
